RATIONALE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE CURRICULUM
In today’s world, technologies have been involved in improving life quality. On the other hand, perpetrators take advantages of the technology to assist them committing a crime, leading to an increase in degree of violence and complexity of the crime. The investigation of the crime requires reliable examination of evidence using multidisciplinary knowledge, advanced-technology equipment and Information Technology (IT). Personnel in forensic science with knowledge and skills are the key component of the crime investigation; however, the number of such persons is insufficient and still needed.
